Our chefs have worked in some of the best hotels in London and Switzerland, bringing their knowledge to the table.
They have stood alongside some of the most respected chefs in the industry and are all classically trained. Our waiting and bar team are all committed to customer service and have been in the service industry themselves.

We believe in supporting local businesses and stock our kitchen with produce sourced through like-minded family companies. 
Our fresh fruit & vegetables come from 'Birring' in Chalfont St Peter. Our meat is sourced from two key suppliers Fenns of Piccadilly owned by the Silver family since 1979, and a BRC AA grade accredited company that maintain the highest of standards in the industry. We also buy meat from Vicars Game in Reading who have been established since 1886.
We work in promoting other local catering suppliers appreciating that what goes around, comes around. By all working together we are stronger and more able to meet the needs of our customers. 
We must not forget our team, all of which live within a ten mile radius of our kitchen. They have worked with us for many years and fully understand our ethos.
